Welcome to the official page of the Theta Chapter of Omega Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. Omega Phi Beta is a non-hazing organization that welcomes women of all backgrounds interested in empowering our gender through service to our community, education, leadership and a rich sisterhood.

OPBSI was founded on March 15th, 1989 at the State University of New York - Albany Campus. Omega Phi Beta has since expanded to more than 50 entities nationwide.

The Theta Chapter at Stony Brook University, was established in the Spring of 1998 and is dedicated to furthering the mission and vision of Omega Phi Beta, and serve as an outlet for women of diverse cultural, social, economic and political backgrounds.
